Dr. Matthew T. Larsen

DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Larsen is a Racine, Wisconsin native. He is a graduate of Case High School and is a University of Wisconsin-Parkside alumni, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Larsen earned a podiatric medical degree from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Chicago, IL. He received his surgical training from Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center, Chicago IL, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Larsen is Board Certified in Surgery, is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle surgeons, and a diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has served as section head for podiatry for the Department of Surgery for the past 8 years at Ascension’s All Saints campus. Dr. Larsen also holds a faculty position at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago, IL. On a personal note, Dr. Larsen enjoys spending time with his three daughters, cycling and golfing.

Dr. Thomas A. Paulick

DPM

Dr. Paulick is a Racine, Wisconsin native. He is a graduate of Park High School and is a University of Wisconsin-Parkside alumni, where he received a Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Dr. Paulick earned his podiatric medical degree from College of Pediatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. He received his surgical training from the Jewish Hospital of Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Paulick is board certified in foot and ankle surgery. On a personal note, Dr. Paulick enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Dr. Annie Stroze

DPM

Annie Stroze, DPM was raised in Wellington, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she majored in exercise science and became a lifelong fan of the Florida State Seminoles. Annie then moved to Chicago where she attended medical school and served as president of her college’s chapter for the Pi Delta Honor Society. Upon graduation, Annie attended Loyola University Medical Center, completing an intern year of residency. She then moved to Milwaukee for her surgical residency program at Wheaton Franciscan- St. Joseph’s, and graduated in June of 2019 after serving as chief resident.
